I was a little dispoint with Twitter, although many people ware crazy about it. To me, the social function didn't important in internet. I prefer touch and talk with real people. In fact, I just feel internet is very convinece tuunel to spread and collect informatiion.

In other hand, the way I get knowledge didn't diffent with old time. Talks with friend and read. I read a lot blog, news, paragraphs on it. Internet more like data and information playground then library. Social online makes fun sometime. however, I believed that many people msn state most stay on 'busy' even in ' disconnet' and this is why the new version of MSN messanger add new opion 'online but disconnet'.

Internet is full of information, most of them are trash. we don't need another ad block or E-mail spam. We just need a quiet place to enjoy with news for us.

Now we're very familer with instant message in our life. cell phome, IM software and twitter or plurk something like that.

It's interest knowing people doing but not for long. Others may have more excite life but rest are normal like you and me.

I don't like people complain all the time and didn't deep think why things happen so. Twitter is provide a easy way, just only 140 letters. twitter member now incresing hundreds while I type this blog. ten of thousands short line was post on.

Good Topic for people

Food is most common and useful topic for conversation. If you want to create a conversation with people whatever you know him/her not. It's easy to make some talk especial on Chinese. In Chinese area we asking people have eat yet for saying 'hello'. Eat is important event in our culture. In my memory I always expect food all around the table when I came back home and the first question of my family is 'have you eat yet?' not 'how is school today?'

You may make talk with British or English by whether. But whether topic not work for conversation in this place. Because of the whether is not interesting things for us. I guess cause we had Luna calender for calculate the season and whether. I can't feel the different with season because the winter is so short and rest day mostly hot and wet.

Talk with eat and food is very interesting for Taiwan people. Food topic most not about homemade food. I have a lot choice for take away food and it's economy and delicious. In fact, you could buy the meal for day in anytime 24 hour and 7 days week. Many family have kitchen but never for cook they usually using microwave oven the heat take way food.

So, if you asking people where to get food you must tell which kind food you need and you will get very detail information. And every people have different list for their favor. I suggest you could try and taste them if you have enough time. Many kind of Food in Taiwan that you never miss.

In fact, television recorder was invented for many years when VHS getting popular. But the computer technology and speed of internet has make things easier.

Tivo is not just setting timer to recorder T.V show but provide the new experience of TV watch. The core of Tivo is not just hardware of video recorder but the digital program list they provide from internet service. So you must have internet first then you could starting to choose episode from the list.

Imaging that when you back home and lay on couch and just want relax and don't wanna thinking anything. the T.V is good option in this moment. Tivo was greatest invention as IPOD and Google. Those things are not very complex or difficult machine. They bring more ' Easy' for our life. You could get more control of you time and life makes things easy and save time to get real you need. Becasue there's too many thing better to spend in our life.

The cable tv has popular in every family and cost 500 at least per month. Did you think about what your cable fee has provide the service for the value? Why don't invest some for get more time to control your own and not by others?

Weakness point of my English.

The problem of my English is that I still using Chinese to translating. so one Chinese word compares with another English word, one by one.

I don't know how to fix it. I'm not born in English country and I can't learning language like child which just learn how to make sound.

Perhaps I must know the truth of that I will never think and talk like people who born in English country. All I can do is practice more on listen, speak, read and write in English. My target is not become American, Although it's attractive option, I learn English for know this world I never go before. It's a tool to explore the knowledge and makes my eyes open.

Make peace with Chinese and English inside my mind. I should trying translate to each other more fluent.

I want to communicate to this world.

Good English or poor?

I have friend from Singapore who plan come to Taiwan this May. We discuss about where to go in Taiwan tonight. Therefore, I suggest he traveling from Taipei to Kaohsiung, North to South of Taiwan. It's good opportunity to practice English to introducing Taiwan. I still feel struggle with English speaking. Although he think I had smooth English in his friends in Taiwan. But I'm think about that how am I talk in English more fluent?

Most things that I don't know how to make topic in English. cause I know too few word to create express myself. So I have to continue writing my blog to practice. I don't know how to talk. How should I using the word I knew to express my sentace?

Perhaps I should go living with people speaking English. I was read it from book that best way to learn language is move to place with people speaking with. For living and survival you must talk in laguage they using.

I think that English is very easy language to learn. In fact everyone know English. and knew enough word to talk or writting paragraph. However still have many people can't speak English because fear to talk. I'm fear too but I have more confident if I talk with people in English more.

I just can't trans my mean to people like chinese. I barely recognize and trying make sentence in limit word I knew to near really I want to talk about.

It's become my target to using English like Chinese.

Joy in Movie

I love movie. In fact I think that I'm teach by movie. There's many reason for enjoy in films. I enjoy the film took me to another world or view to adventure, feel the character emotion. When I feel stress or some bad situation in my mind, I go to movie.

In cinema better than watching DVD at home. Because of there is not other things noise you. You could totally in to the story. Big screen always is a pleasure for watching. and I prefer seat in higher position then the screen won't over my eyes view.

I think the experience in movie theater is lonely. There is only you and story. However, I have more happiness if everybody could get joy in movie whatever it story is.

I have some friend are film the documentary of Taiwan culture. They will play the movie the country side for people or group who they interview. I came to their 'theater', it's only put a screen and a projector with 2 speaker then become the temporary theater. The audience really involved not only their part but also other part that interview other people. They get some new view of others who with the same religion or believe.

Appreciate people around you

To make good relationship between you and other. You could try to think what you will appreciate him/her. Do not just think about complain of other. The thought of bad of other people makes thing worse. You'll discover more complain to fit your thought. In the other hand, if you think about how many you appreciate of him/her, than things will better. because the good of they will discovered.

I'm listening audiobook of 'Secret, rule of attractive'. The basic of this book is that the world you living in is create by your thought. The rule of attractive is that your thought will attractive things to you. It looks like the old story that told again and again, that you should think bright, positive then you'll get more good happen.

Just like that old lyric ' Always look bright side of the life'. Sometime we just simply care about the angry, let those negative energy cover ours mind.

Many religion are focus on keep good thought, that's the same way.

Only using few sample word to express to complete meaning. It's Globlish, using only 1500 word to instead. The creator of Globlish discover that people around world gathering meeting and those people not from English country could conversation with basic English. Interesting is that English people can't join the conversation because of their words are so difficult with non English people. The Globlish concept is very sample just replase the word. It's good way to acceration of globe communication.

Computer Fix

Fixing computer is tired work. Because it has many situation. Sometimes it just very lucky, the problem easily fixed. just change some setting of software than solving the problem. Most difficult situation is that PC won't start or O/S didn't work. It's may hardware fail or software problem. In fact May people PC didn't work well but they just ignore it. Try not to using that function or just using another software. I don't know it should be good or just so wrong. Is it responsbility of those PC company?

Night Club

I living Tainan county, south of Taiwan, The city has slow temple and sleep early. Compare with Taichung, central of Taiwan, where I lived over 20 years, Tainan is no night life. It's not say that Tainan will empty street when night fall but it really empty at over 9:30 pm. In Taichung, it's time for some people start activities. There's movie talk about Taipei night life, Taipei night nine morning five, means those people who living in night whatever they party or working in night club start at 9 p.m and finish 5 a.m then get to sleep. I remember that I had experience of that. You into the club about 10:00 pm after dancing and drinking all night long everybody leaving in 4:30 pm. On the way home, you could see sun rise up then you draft a tried body hit on bed. It's not health, certainly, but it's belong young people and their life experience. I'm not that age anymore but those memory will keep in mind and become part of mine.

Hot water

The basic of comfortable life is hot water. I enjoy shower in hot water and use it to make coffee, tea and instant noodle when I need some hot food.

My room had hot water in bathroom but only for shower. It's good enough to me for everyday hot shower. However, more desire of life joy in my mind. I need hot water to eat and drink.
I found a small gas stove for cook water. It takes times for make a pot of hot water and makes me find another solution for get some hot water in room. Finally, I get old hot machine in office. Although the function of getting water out not work very well, it still makes my life more convenient.

Human history began with fire. which give us warn and safety life. Greatest thing about fire is make food hot! Nothing better than get hot drink in cold cold winter or sitting in hot bath after work all day and tire like dog.

Keep it simple.

I don't like be complex. Everything will be peace when it be simple and in order. I remember a story from book that talk about  Mother Teresa, said that she only left very few stuff when she pass away. Her life, no doubt, is very simple makes her more focus and joy in her career for helping people. Too many things will disturbing mind.

In Japan, everyone learn keep personal hygiene  from kindergarten, and their street so clean. The environment will effect people behavior.

Many people always feel empty in life so they buying lots and I always feels those are too many. It's difficult to drop something you couldn't using away.

Using Good English

I found a series of ' Using Good English' from Taichung National Library. It's seem text book of elementary school text for American student. The book published at 1960, which means the ago of students read it had over 40. Perhaps President B. Obama has read it before when he in school.

It's very useful in English learning and provide different method to figure out how English sentence work in American way.

ISO certification

My new job is assistant my company to get the ISO 9000 certification at this years.

AMBI business administration council will help us to finish the job. There's a lot things to do in this period. The certificate exam will set on May. Which means we only have less then 2 month to get ready. However, J.K aluminum, the former owner of our factory, has ISO for many years and their last certification just expired in last year. Basically we already had enough data and document, just shift name become ours. 

However, things more difficult that our most employees didn't train well with ISO operating and organization the company s change. We made it thiner and some department are belong Taichung office which makes different for some flows and function. It's a challenge that coordinating new standard flow to fit new organization.  

I Just feel so worng~

I want to  talk about my feel for my bad bad emotion.

I feel unhappy and anger. I don't know why but I lost my patient and good temper. Everything makes me angry  and don't know what I mad or sad for. I just can't stand everything. I want to escape for somewhere. Is this a desire of freedom? And What can locked my soul or body? 

Time is running and clock taking. It's depress when a day comes to end. The question follow up my mind. What I done today? Did I better than yesterday?  I afraid   the answer doesn't satisfy myself.

It'll offer bad emotion to other if I can't stronger. I think I just need some to cheer but no one should respond for my weakness. I have to take everything like man. 

Keeping using it everyday.

My job doesn't use English at all and there's no necessary to reading it. However, to maintain the language ability I have writing and reading it everyday for instead. If you want to skilled apply on communicate depend on how usually you using it. 

I found some forum provide members msn account for chat on English. Most of them are local and some foreigner. It's good for chat with it which makes improve.  Anyway, good practice for everyday writing on Blog or chat with foreigner. 

I was join the TOEIC test. there always had the question before you begin the test.

(1) How much often you using English? 

(2) What's most purpose for English in your life. 

1. About 4~5 times a week.

2. Typing Blog and Reading articles. 

It make me have to involve English environment everyday. 

setting the target

Sometimes I feel that I don't keep passion for long time. In beginning, I was spent many time to search relative document even dream on it while I sleeping. After 1 or 2 week I suddenly lost the passion and don't know why I spend so many time to research. 'It's not funny anymore' I talk to myself. feel lost when I getting boring at my new hobbit for few weeks ago.

Today I realized that I didn't set any target for those things. So I didn't know what I want in those things and I just like 'fly without head' foolish around the circle. 

I must reset target to those  hobbit I have. Then I can know what should be complete. To create a vision of thing makes things different it drive to clear and specifically place.

Here's some vision to me.

yes, it's totally true, sometime I just need some  vainglorious.

No matter riding bicycle. photograph and English, I just want to prove  that I'm better than others.

Most known joke of English about like 'knock knock' and 'blonde'. I still can't totally understand the funny of knock knock joke, I think that could be different of culture. 

Learning language is learning new culture so I submit the Joke of Day for My igoogle page. .

Academy award 'OSCAR'

This is my first time watch Oscar award completed without turning
channel. Because it's really great and so fantastic in rundown of
program and each port host doing their jobs well.

I must say that H.Jackman the host of main event is show me another place of his talent. Not just a handsome face but a funny performer as well. They using the musical to opening and connected each part of show.
It's different to that they usually mix the film of that year for tribute the movie workers and doing so the same way in past few years academy award opening thus make audiences feeling boring. 

More than that the trouble of Hollywood and U.S anti terrorism war make Oscar show can't become focus of news.

I'm not saying it's good for this time, in fact, it could worse than past few years in world. people lost their confidence of financial and economy system are in crisis. Entertainment industry makes their original function of this world. let people forget the reality of terrible temporary.

English is life style.

It's fun to using English in your life. Just like someone love pink
color or some favor stuff pet or idol, they'll put those things they fan
within in their life everywhere. The attitude I using English is the
same, put it in everything in my life around. And it changed my views of
world and found more fun stuff on internet. English is world language,
everything could express in English, so I change the language setting of
my cellphone and first page of my internet browser be English. It more
interesting when it using different language. it having different means
or express way.

What this all about?

It's last line of movie 'Alfie'. Today I want talk about the final part
of drama.

Last shot or line of movie is most represent the spirit of whole. 'happy
and ever' and the echo with 'Once upon the time'. Just like fairy tail
story it always said. Completed with a perfect circle, seenms some kind
of about the life philosophy, In Chinese we using 'Tai-Chi' symbol to
present.

In movie 'Wanted' the actor take his gun and said 'Want are you fuxk
doing today?' Which mean the movie not about Killer but life style and
personal identification.

'Mr and Mrs Smith' in last shot brad pitt open his palm with ten fingers
and said 'ten!' with no sound to answers the 'sex score' to remind the
movie about Marriage couple.

Why Alfie in movie he said so in last? After his such happy, worried,
sad, helpless experience in life just like us, he just leave and keep
live. then we turn to ask self 'What this all about?'

You just can't make thing fun.

I join a forum about English on internet. It's enjoy with see many topic
of language or grammar they discuss with international people. English
is most popular in world but No everyone born or grow up in those
country speak English. Basically it's should be fun for learning new
things but I think many people in Taiwan had take this very serious.
They'll point your incorrect word and grammar in your article where you
post in Taiwanese forum.

Because of we take this as a ability for survival in future. All media
like crazy casting the English class advertisement. and books of
teaching English full the stores wall. It's huge stress for English
learning and teaching. Like Chinese said 'Live in worry Die in relax'

Learning cost a lot!

Everything cost money and no one doesn't.

I came to understand how many they charge in business English class
yesterday. It was shock that a middle level class(the student have basic
English foundation and could using words they known to express and do
simple communication)cost nearly 100 thousand NT dollars!

However, It's not short term class. Most of course are over 50 hour for
each and repeat in different times. Students could choose their time and
class topic for fit their need. The class wouldn't make anyone miss any
class. Students totally to get more over 2 even 6 years in class.

What kind of motivation could drove me to join in the same class over
such years?

First step

Why I want to improve the English skill? It's about a phone call at
Thursday afternoon.

I picked the phone from some country in middle east, the man who in the
phone has strange accent. It's always my weakness in listening none
American accent. I barely recognized some word and guess the mean he
said, I couldn't speak a completed sentence when I trying to answer.

In this case, It's remind me that my English ability is worse over my
thought.

It's first day I try to write some topic in English today. Yesterday I
browsed the web page of 'learning English', the motivation is very
important it said.
